The latest Australian Government Star Ratings for the June 2016 quarter show that APM, Australia's largest contract DES provider, scored an average rating of 3.85 stars in its Disability Management Service (DMS) contracts, and 3.55 stars in its Employment Support Services (ESS) contracts.
APM once again delivered a strong performance across its DMS contract - 37% of its Employment Service Area (ESA) contracts are rated five stars (compared to 18% for the industry average), while more than 53% are four stars or higher (compared to 30% for the industry average).
Twenty one per cent of APM's ESS contracts are five stars and 32% are four stars or higher.
"APM always strives to do better and the latest star ratings demonstrate that the hard work, dedication and passion of our staff to get people with disability into meaningful jobs is paying off," APM's Group General Manager, Employment Services, Karen Rainbow said.
"The long term social and economic benefits of getting people into jobs is well documented and we will continue working with employers to get results.
"We certainly look forward to future star ratings and continuing to help people find jobs."
