We offer our staff the option of salary packaging, allowing them to choose a combination of cash and benefits. The Australian Taxation Office allows the packaging of many benefits so that they are paid for from salary, before tax is incurred, including:

Salary packaging is only available to employees after they have passed a probationary period of employment. Vehicle packaging is provided through our partner Autopia (www.autopia.com.au), which is a specialist novated lease company providing simple, cheap and tax-effective options to own and run a car.

Health insurance at discounted rates with Bupa

We recognise that health is important, which is why we have partnered with Bupa to provide employees with the benefits of corporate health insurance.

Employee Assistance Program
