Australia's largest contract provider of Disability Employment Services, APM scored an average rating of 3.78 stars in Disability Management Service (DMS) contracts, and 3.53 stars in Employment Support Services (ESS) contracts.
Significantly, 33.9 percent (20 of 59) of APM's DMS contracts are rated five stars: more than double the industry average of 15.5 percent. This makes APM the highest-performing provider holding more than ten contracts.
In APM's DMS Employment Service Area (ESA) rated contracts, 51 percent are four stars or above, compared to industry average of 27 percent. Thirty two percent of APM's ESS ESA rated contracts are four stars or above, compared to industry average of 23 percent.
"These latest figures consolidate APM's presence as Australia's strongest performing Disability Employment provider," APM's Group General Manager, Employment Services, Karen Rainbow said.
"APM is committed to working with employers, communities and Government to help people with disability access the long-term social and economic benefits of work.
"As always, we will only continue to work harder in our pursuit of better outcomes for our clients," Ms Rainbow said.
