Are you confident your potential employee will meet the physical demands of the role?

If your potential employee isn’t fit to carry out all job tasks or has a health issue, they may be at risk of serious injury to themselves or others.
A pre-employment assessment is an investment in the health and safety of your people.

We replicate your specific job tasks

When you refer potential employees we work with you to ensure they’re tested on the conditions expected in your business

The pre-employment assessment will look at an individual’s medical history and general physical capabilities. We examine and assess:
  • height and weight
  • blood pressure
  • vision
  • grip strength
  • range of movement
  • functional tests - including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling
  • drug and alcohol testing
You receive a report on your potential employee's health and their ability to perform tasks relevant to the conditions of the job. Areas of risk and recommedations regarding health issues are also provided.

Our service is designed around the specific tasks of your job. If required it may use more than one assessment, in more than one location and sometimes by more than one provider.

If you want a pre-employment assessment for a potential employee make a referral today or contact us for more information.
