Australia’s biggest disability employment services provider APM today announced it is open for business in 406 locations nationally and is ready to find jobs for people with disability as part of a new Australian Government program.
APM has consolidated its market leading position by opening 63 new offices across Australia under the revamped Disability Employment Services (DES) program that officially starts today.
CEO Employment Services Karen Rainbow said APM is also employing an additional 350 staff to help make sure it remains the biggest and best disability employment provider.
“We are looking forward to getting out there today and working with local employers to find great jobs for people with disability,” Ms Rainbow said.
“We all know a job changes a life for the better but unfortunately people with disability can find it more challenging to secure work.
“APM is one of the top performers in DES because we find jobs for people and today we are pleased to expand this further to help even more people get long-lasting employment.”

“We have been helping people find and stay in employment for more than 20 years, and we’ve seen first-hand the value and health benefits a secure job can bring,” she said.
For many years APM has worked closely with small to medium employers and Ms Rainbow and it was also working closely with many of Australia’s biggest corporations to find jobs for people with disability.
APM was awarded 91 areas under the Federal Government’s recent overhaul of DES.
It was established by Megan Wynne in Perth in 1994 and has grown to become a leading international human services organisation delivering employment, injury management/vocational rehabilitation, assessment, allied health intervention and community care (aged care and disability care) services.
APM delivers these services from more than 500 locations across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
To date, APM has helped more than a million people.
