More Qld workers to be helped by WorkCover expansion

APM will be helping more injured workers recover and return to work quickly after the expansion of the WorkCover Queensland contract.

APM WorkCare was appointed to the panel of WorkCover Qld in 2015 and its strong performance in the state’s workers’ compensation scheme has seen it expanded to three new sites.

Workers in Caboolture, Ipswich and Cairns sites will now benefit from the return to work expertise of APM’s healthcare professional in the even of an injury.

Queensland State Manager, Ashlyn Dyer, said the team is excited to expand the service to more regions and assist more injured workers in their return to work.

APM WorkCare General Manager Philip Paysden praised the efforts of the APM team.

“I am delighted that APM WorkCare’s strong focus on customer care and great outcomes has resulted in further expansion of our national footprint with WorkCover Queensland,” he said.

“APM WorkCare’s current NPS of +45 is further evidence that customer experience and care results in positive impact in the lives of our clients and customers.”

“Congratulations to Ashlyn and the Queensland team.”

APM’s network of allied health professionals has been helping Aussies return to work for more than 20 years.

They play a vital role in helping workers stay at or return to work by managing the care and organising the treatment and rehabilitations of injured worker.
