The APM Group is delighted to be adding a new team to our host of health businesses with the acquisition of CiC.
Based in the UK, CiC delivers employee assistance programs, mental health and wellbeing support, training and other services to companies across the globe.
Alex Hayes, Director of Health at Ingeus UK, has taken over the leadership of CiC and brings strong operational skills as well as extensive corporate health and wellbeing expertise.
Kate Nowlan, previous CEO of CiC, will stay on as a strategic advisor, working closely with Alex and the team at Ingeus UK.
CiC joins APM WorkCare, Assure Programs, Communicorp, MCI Solutions and Konekt in the APM Group’s health portfolio, led by APM Health CEO Michele Grow.
The addition of CiC means APM will be increasing our expert health services and delivering on our purpose to enable better lives to more people around the world.
