Joseph: Without APM, I wouldn't be working. I'm Joseph, Joe for short. I'm 45 in April, and I've got minor Tourette's Syndrome, and ADHD, and dyslexia. Employers don't want to know. As soon as they hear Tourette's, they think the worst, and they think I can't do the job. You just need a bit of help to get your foot in the door.
Kerrilee: Joseph's EC worked with him and did interview skills training just to make sure he knew what the right things were to say and gave him that bit of confidence going into an interview.
Joseph is cleaning various businesses through Delron. So he cleans their Head Office as well as a few other facilities.
Jackie: As soon as he came in, he was enthusiastic, happy, smiling. I think Joseph has now got purpose. He's not stuck where he was before and he can see things moving forward in his life.
Joseph: I can actually save some money now and see what, I might go traveling, I might buy that Torana that I've always wanted, and see how we go.
