APM has today completed the transaction to acquire health and risk management company, Konekt through a scheme of arrangement (former ASX code: KKT).

APM Group CEO Michael Anghie said: “Konekt and APM have always shared a collegial relationship, mutual respect and an alignment in our purpose of enabling better lives.

"We are excited to bring together the complementary businesses of APM and Konekt because it will enhance our ability to provide best in class service to our customers, stakeholders and – most importantly – the clients we serve.

“We will also increase our market share, create new opportunities for our people and further consolidate our position as Australia’s leading human services provider.”

Konekt CEO Damian Banks said: “Konekt and APM are very much aligned in our purpose and values. We believe this an exciting combination that offers people, product and distribution capability unmatched in the Australian human services market.”
