Ms Liz Armstrong has been elected as a member of the board for the 2015/16 year.

"Liz's election to the ERSA board is further acknowledgement of APM's emergence as a global human services organisation," said APM's Group Chief Executive Officer, Michael Hobday.

"Liz brings a high level of expertise to the role and her presence will increase APM's input into public policy processes and industry leadership in the UK.

"It is a tremendous opportunity and means APM will play a more active role with the ERSA."

APM has been operating in the UK since 2010 and services that the company delivers in the UK include employment services, assessment services, services for young people and health care services.

Employment services delivered by APM are part of the Department for Work & Pensions' flagship welfare-to-work scheme, the Work Programme.

"Helping those who are furthest from the labour market is always at the forefront of our collective thinking and having a presence on the ERSA board will further assist with enhancing our service offering," Mr Hobday said.

"APM is proud to have our history and strong commitment to being a results-driven provider of human services acknowledged in this way."
