How Samantha is helping change lives transcript

Samantha: I do what I do because I love watching people go to work. I love that journey of when they first come in the door and they’re a little bit down and not sure what to do and they might not believe that they’re worthy. And then to see them shine, like Darren when he now opens the door in our office, he just greets everybody and it makes me smile. An Employment Consultant, like, we need to be resilient and tough, but we need to be compassionate and kind and caring because our job seekers are generally very vulnerable and they’ve been through a lot, so you need to be kind, but also sometimes a little bit of tough love. I love working at APM. The team is fantastic. Everyone is supportive. We celebrate the good and the bad together, and we work through it together.
