A more inclusive workplace improves your business.
Nine out of ten Australian businesses have reported significant organisational benefits of employing people with disability. The team culture and attitude improve, and thanks to a diversity of experience and perspectives, creativity and resilience also grow.
Workers with disability also have a higher retention rate, better attendance and fewer occupational health and safety incidents than those without disability.
When you welcome a more diverse and representative workforce, you’ll also attract an equally diverse range of customers. With one in five Australians living with a disability and over one-third of Australian households’ home to a person with disability, that’s a significant amount of potential customers.
By signing up to Employable Me, you’re joining and growing a community of like-minded organisations dedicated to greater inclusion and providing opportunities for more people.
