APM - Yanchep

Disa​bility Employment Services

At APM, we provide Disability Employment Services to help people with an injury, illness or disability to find a job with a local Yanchep employer. We also can provide workplace modification, assessment, school leaver, and ongoing support services.

NDIS Local Area Coordination Services

APM Communities delivers NDIS Partners in the Community services in parts of WA, QLD, and the NT. APM's Local Area Coordinators (LACs) help people with disability, NDIS participants, families, and carers to identify and access the support they need.
