Inclusive Employment Australia for people working with a sensory disability

Discovering real talent

Navigating a world designed for people without disability can pose challenges for those with vision or hearing disorders.

At APM we support people with sensory disabilities across Australia to overcome these challenges and thrive in various jobs and careers.

Last year alone our teams worked with 1,418 program participants with sensory disabilities.

Like many participants, we see firsthand how these people may bring unique skills and experiences to a working environment.

This is especially the case with the adoption of assistive technology, such as screen readers, braille displays, and voice-activated devices.

Many assistive technology aids are available as part of workplace modifications and ongoing support for people when they start working with an employer.

Explore your potential

At APM, we also know every person who registers for support is different. That’s why we get to know and understand you when we start working with you.

We discuss your interests, the type of work you would like to do, and your employment goals.

Then we work together to help you achieve your goals and find the right job for you.

If you're living with a disability, injury, or health condition, and want to explore tailored support to achieve your goals, speak to us today.
