Sedat and Clustera transcript

Sedat: My name is Sedat and I am 57 years old. I am the father of 6 children and happily married. I have worked in the service industry for many years and still work with people. I came into contact with Clustera through the employment agency.

Caroline: My name is Caroline and I work as Regional Manager here at Clustera. The first time I met Sedat was when he started the program with us. He then got a dedicated supervisor to identify what kind of needs and support he required to reach his goals for work or education. We also have a very close collaboration with the local labour market, which makes it easier for us to match out participants to the right profession.

Sedat: They listen and review the jobs and offers they have, as well as educational options. Thanks to my supervisor, I have the job I am working on today.
