What to expect with APM transcript

Carmen: As a new staff member, what you could expect to receive with starting with APM is a tailored induction program. We provide on-the-job training. We sit with our staff, we buddy them up, and we look at local labor market knowledge to assist in getting and identifying suitable job opportunities for each one of our job seekers that walks through the door. 

We have a fantastic team. It's really fun. We know we've got a job to do, but the team environment, and sharing ideas, and sharing knowledge, and sharing stories is what keeps us all together.
