A global group of 500 companies working to end disability exclusion. APM was the first Australian company to join. Key initiatives include: 

• Leadership Commitment: CEOs and leaders pledge to prioritise disability inclusion.
• Collective Action: Companies collaborate to tackle systemic barriers to inclusion.
• Accountability: Regular reporting and summits, like the SYNC25 in Tokyo, ensure progress is tracked and shared.

With over 1,300 member organisations, Diversity Council Australia provides resources, research, and events to help businesses improve their diversity practices. 

As a member, APM accesses research and events to promote workplace diversity. Key offerings include:

• Research: Cutting-edge studies on various aspects of diversity and inclusion.
• Events and Forums: Opportunities for learning and networking on diversity topics.
• Advocacy: DCA works with government and the community to promote inclusive policies

APM has partnered with Hockey Australia to sponsor the national women's and men's teams.

As well as the Hockeyroos' Major Partner, and Official Partner of the Kookaburras, APM is Hockey Australia’s Exclusive Category Partner - Disability Service Provider.

The partnership is helping to bring all-ability and inclusive hockey sessions to families and communities across the country.

APM is excited to continue its Telethon sponsorship with the APM Charity Zone. 

The APM Charity Zone allows those attending the Telethon Family Festival to learn more about the children's charities and organisations supported by the annual event.

Plus, visitors have a chance to win a share of $5,000 worth of prizes by collecting stamps from participating exhibitors and Fat Cat. 

The World Down Syndrome Congress is located at different locations across the globe each year.

In 2024 it was held in Brisbane Australia, which APM was a sponsor.

The congress saw an attendance of approximately 1,000 people from around the world, including members of the medical profession, allied health workers, families, NDIS workers, and people with Down syndrome.

The SWAG Program by Bruton Basketball Foundation and APM Employment Services aims to help participants overcome barriers to employment, gain confidence, resilience, and engage with employers in their local community.

SWAG – Skillset, Work ethic, Attitude is your altitude, and Goals - is spearheaded by NBL legends Cal and CJ Bruton.

The program also engages with groups and communities to support job seekers from First Nations communities.

Since it's inception in 2018, APM has partnered with the SANFL inclusive league as a naming rights sponsor.

Since their first full season in 2019, the inclusive league has evolved from the former successful C7 competition run by Adelaide Footy League.

The competition has expanded and aims to increase participation in local clubs and gateways for inclusion.

The Western Australia All Abilities Football Association (WAAAFA) is proudly sponsored by APM.

This exciting partnership provides another opportunity for those with a physical or intellectual disability to participate in sport and be part of an inclusive and encouraging community.

Events include state and national competitions for inclusion and wheelchair teams.

APM is the naming rights sponsor of the South East Queensland Inclusion League and the Queensland Inclusion state team.

The South East Inclusion League, with AFL Queensland, contains three clubs - Carrara Saints, Moorooka Roosters, and Noose Tigers.

The best players, made up of men and women with a disability from the league participate in the Q-Clash series, which is also proudly supported by APM.

Players for the Perth Soccer Club Blind Football Team are all geared up for another great season with support from APM.

Blind Football is an internationally recognised, Paralympic sport competed by the legally blind and visually impaired.

The sport is growing rapidly in Australia and across the world, with Blind Football Australia becoming the recognised national pathway for people to play Blind Football for Australia.

APM is proud sponsors of the Volleyball WA Mixed Sitting Volleyball Team.

Sitting volleyball is a fantastic opportunity for everyone of all abilities to participate in an inclusive and rewarding sport and community.

In 2024 the team compete at the Australian Sitting Volleyball Championships in Bendigo, Victoria. This is the first time in 18 years that the national competition has been held.

The All-Abilities Program is an adaptive volleyball program targeted at athletes with an intellectual, sensory or physical disability. 

This Sitting Volleyball program is a sport for all. It is played on a smaller court and lower net.

This program is targeted at all athletes looking to try sitting volleyball, including athletes with various types of physical impairment.

Players must move around the court in a seated position on the floor and participants will have fun, laugh, develop and enjoy.
