Aidan found the right employer to support him to success
Since he initially approached APM, Aidan has grown both professionally and personally.
With perseverance from him and his APM Employment Consultant David, Aidan secured job and achieved his employment goal.
David was motivated to enable better lives for his job seekers through employment and has a “never give up on your clients” attitude.
Located in the West Australian suburb of Victoria Park, less than 15 minutes from Perth City, Aidan started his search for an administrative role.
He had experienced great difficulty finding work, as he didn’t have a large amount of recent work history and struggled with long-term unemployment.
“Aidan always presented himself well, he needed a little extra assistance on top of his efforts” Employment Consultant David said.
“He knew what he wanted to do, and what would suit his needs the best.”
David immediately went to work and reverse marketed Aidan for several positions. Something he had to take into consideration was that Aidan struggled with high levels of social interaction or talking.
At Aidan’s request he looked for administrative roles, which had a lower required level of social interaction and environment which enabled him to pace himself.
After several weeks of reverse marketing for Aidan, he secured a job interview at Aussie Franchisee Victoria Park as Loan Broker Assistant.
The employer immediately liked Aidan and offered him the role, supported by a wage subsidy.
Today, Aidan has surpassed 4 months in his role and plans to stay in this industry for years to come.
Aidan’s employer Daniel has also mentioned how impressed he is with Aidan’s work performance.
“I’m grateful to APM for their helping me find a job” Aidan said.
“I look forward to work every day.”
