At APM, we help people with disability, injury or health conditions find meaningful employment by understanding what employers need.
When you register with APM, you’ll have access to our exclusive job seeker portal Employable Me, which features tips, tools and resources to help you find your next job and keep it.
You can access our job board, training videos, advice and links at times that suit you, whether just before a job interview, after you have started work or when you find a job that you really want to apply for.
As well as matching you with vacancies, we also promote you to local businesses, connecting you with potential employers.

Let's get to work on your personal job plan
Your dedicated APM employment consultant will work with you to prepare you for work
Together we’ll create your personal job plan and help you build the skills and confidence you need to get to work.
We are proud to deliver Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services on behalf of the Australian Government. We can help you with:
- A personalised job plan
- Discovering your strengths and interests
- Building your confidence
- Writing your resume and job applications
- Searching for suitable jobs
- Identifying potential employers
- Preparing for interviews
- Managing any health issues or barriers to work
We provide support and guidance for at least six months after you start your new job.
This could include creating an induction plan with your employer, help learning workplace requirements or working with your medical or other support services to help you keep your job.
Get the tools and skills to find a job
We want you to have every chance of finding a job that’s right for you.
As part of your job plan, your APM employment consultant will also help you access tools and training to boost your chances of being hired. This includes:
- Building your IT and job search skills
- Online tools and resources to get you ready to work
- Building your skills through short courses, apprenticeships or other activities
- Support to buy equipment, tools or make workplace modifications if required
