Your support is built around you, your goals, and what you need to succeed in lasting employment.

If you don’t feel ready to start work, we’ll work with you to develop skills useful in the type of job you’re interested in.

This may include training suited to your interests and goals. Or meeting local employers who can provide placements so you can learn about a job in the workplace or industry.

You might also need support managing health or other challenges impacting your search for work.

We’ll get to know you, listen to your interests, your goals, and your circumstances. And we’ll work together to help you get to where you want to be.

Choose to be with APM for Inclusive Employment Australia

From 1 November 2025, Disability Employment Services (DES) will be replaced by a new program called Inclusive Employment Australia.

Inclusive Employment Australia is a government initiative designed to help people with a disability, injury, or health condition prepare for work, find a job, and stay employed.

It offers more flexible, tailored support and aims to be fairer and easier to access.

If you’re accessing Disability Employment Services support, you’ll be eligible for Inclusive Employment Australia.

APM Employment Services is a national provider of this new program and can help you apply and get started.
