APM Communities delivers NDIS Partners in the Community services in parts of WA, QLD, and the NT. APM's Local Area Coordinators (LACs) help people with disability, NDIS participants, families, and carers to identify and access the support they need.

APM's WorkCare services provides people and businesses in Fannie Bay with workplace wellness, injury prevention, early intervention, Work Assist and return to work services.
