Career Coaching – Advisors work with jobseekers to understand their skills, experience, and goals, and to develop a practical job search plan.
Job Matching – Connecting participants with suitable roles through employer networks and WSG’s job portals.
Skills Development Guidance – Advising on training opportunities to improve employability.
Post-Placement Support – Offering follow-up assistance for several months after employment to help with adjustment and retention.

This collaboration ensures that jobseekers receive both the resources of a national employment agency and the personalised guidance of a specialist provider.
