Ingeus and Workforce Singapore

Ingeus Singapore partners with Workforce Singapore (WSG) to deliver the Career Matching Programme, a government initiative designed to support jobseekers in finding sustainable employment.

WSG oversees the programme nationally, while Ingeus is one of the appointed service providers.

The partnership focuses on helping individuals who may need extra assistance in their job search.

Candidate Irene

Starting over isn’t easy. After 15 years abroad, Irene struggled to re-enter the workforce.

With Ingeus’ support, she gained guidance from her coach Mira, joined workshops, met others in the same boat as her, and rebuilt her confidence.

Today, Irene is working again and loves her new role.

Coaches like Mira are there every step of the way, helping Singaporeans and PRs back into meaningful employment.

How it works

Ingeus provides tailored support through:

  • Career Coaching – Advisors work with jobseekers to understand their skills, experience, and goals, and to develop a practical job search plan.
  • Job Matching – Connecting participants with suitable roles through employer networks and WSG’s job portals.
  • Skills Development Guidance – Advising on training opportunities to improve employability.
  • Post-Placement Support – Offering follow-up assistance for several months after employment to help with adjustment and retention.

This collaboration ensures that jobseekers receive both the resources of a national employment agency and the personalised guidance of a specialist provider.

The programme is available to eligible Singaporeans and Permanent Residents at no cost.
