Workforce Australia

This program provides tailored support to help people find and maintain employment.

It includes both online tools and personalised assistance, with specialist support for First Nations peoples and culturally and linguistically diverse communities, in select areas.

When you hire through our Workforce Australia program, our dedicated employment consultants will work closely with you and your new employee for the first six months.

This ongoing support helps to ensure long-term success and smooth integration into your team. Services may include:

  • Regular check-ins to monitor progress and address any concerns
  • Assistance in resolving any issues that may arise
  • Organising additional training and upskilling opportunities
  • Access to funds for special equipment to enhance job performance

Disability Employment Services (DES)

Our DES program is designed to support employers in creating an inclusive and productive work environment.

When you hire through our DES program, you gain access to a dedicated consultant who will assist both you and your new employee.
