Flexible approach to study
Meet Suzanna.
Like many other professionals, she juggled a number of priorities between her family, her career, and her wellness.
Living in the big city of Sydney, she wanted to enhance her career prospects with further study.
But with balance and flexibility when she needed it.
She reached out to MCI Institute to study a Certificate III in Business Administration.

Suzanna reflects on her study journey so far.
“The impact this course has had on my life has been huge” she said.
“My income has doubled and I’m in a better financial position.”
She describes support from her MCI mentor Emma, as invaluable.
Emma has been a great support to Suzanna over the last two years as she completed her Certificate III and finishes off her Certificate IV.
“It’s been an absolute delight to work with her and just seeing her flourish and her confidence grow” Emma said.
Suzanna says the skills that she’s learned while studying, the assessments she’s completes have really helped her get to where she is in her career today.
“I couldn’t have done it without Emma” she said.
