What skills are required?
Being a great Employment Consultant is all about being extremely customer focused with the ability to wear multiple hats and work under pressure. We find that if you’ve worked previously as a retail or store manager, travel or sales consultant, bank teller, telemarketers or hospitality manager - jobs that rely on great service and achieving targets – you’ll have the kinds of skills we value for this role.

Your role will attract a minimum $54K base salary plus an uncapped incentive structure, rewarding you for your success in placing as many people as possible into employment.
