NDIS Local Area Coordination

As a NDIS Partner in the Community, APM Communities delivers NDIS Local Area Coordination Services in the Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia.

Our Local Area Coordinators (LACs) help people with disability, NDIS participants, families, and carers by:

• Helping you understand and access the NDIS
• Identifying your needs, supports, and goals to create your NDIS plan
• Guiding you in using your supports to achieve your goals
• Connecting you with community and mainstream services

NDIS Employment Supports

If you’re a NDIS participant, we can help you access the right support to achieve your employment goals. 

APM Futures is a registered NDIS provider, and we can help you identify the best job for you based on your unique skills, interests, and aspirations. Then we’ll work with you to develop a plan to help you get there.

We deliver three main types of support for participants:

• School Leavers Employment Support
• Finding and Keeping a Job 
• Supports in Employment
