APM announces appointment of new Managing Director

International human services provider APM, has today announced the appointment of Adam Hart as UK Managing Director.

Mr Hart, former CEO of Defence Recruitment & Systems at Capita, assumes the role of MD at a company with almost 500 employees located at more than 35 sites across the UK.

He joins APM at an exciting time in the development of its UK and international businesses.

Mr Hart possesses more than 20 years of transformation and service management delivery leadership experience, spanning a wide portfolio of clients and industries, including the Home Office, Cabinet Office, NATO, UK Border Force and the UK intelligence services.

Latterly Mr Hart has led the Recruiting Partnering Project, a 10 year transformational partnership with the MoD, charged with the annual recruitment of more than 17,000 resources for the Army.

He joins a UK team that also features Executive Chairman, Bob Leach and CEO Alan Cave, a former DWP Delivery Director.
