APM delivers services in Germany, Spain and Switzerland through Ingeus, and in Sweden through Clustera.

Ingeus Germany

Provides employment services to support long-term unemployed, youth, refugees, and single parents.

In 2006, Ingeus Germany formed a partnership with the City of Nuremberg’s public employment service (known as Arbeitsgemeinschaft or ARGE) to assist people who had been unemployed for at least one year.

Over a two-year period, Ingeus Germany worked closely with 2,000 unemployed people to support them into work and provide intensive support once they were in work. Following successful delivery, they have since expanded their services across Germany. Ingeus Germany now provide employment services in the following cities:

Berlin – supporting long-term unemployed people, lone parents and young people into work and individual coaching.
Stuttgart – supporting long-term unemployed people, young people, refugees and lone parents into work, including health and language services.
Cologne – supporting lone parents into work, including provision of on-site childcare.
Nuremberg – supporting refugees, and short and long-term unemployed people into work and individual coaching.

Ingeus Spain

Provides employment and training services for vulnerable populations in partnership with government, government agencies, organisations and not-for-profit organisations, and corporations.

Seeking to improve the prospects of people who need it the most, Ingeus Spain has been delivering the 'Feina amb Cor' program since December 2013.

The program combines tailored advice, small training activities and close cooperation with businesses, to help enhance the employment prospects of those at risk of social exclusion.

Ingeus Switzerland

Provides employment and outplacement services for people experiencing long-term unemployment, sickness or injury on behalf of government, government agencies, and insurers as well as private clients.

Since 2009, Ingeus Switzerland has been delivering employment services for people experiencing long-term unemployment, sickness or injury on behalf of the public sector and private insurance companies.

With offices in Zurich and Lausanne, Ingeus Switzerland provide the following services:

Support to long-term unemployed people and those on health benefits to find work
Support to people who have experienced long-term sickness or an accident
Job search support and coaching for private customers
Outplacement service for employers
