Importantly, an overwhelming 99.5% of clients said they would recommend APM to others for their home support assessment.

These assessments determine the services available for people 65 years and older so they can remain living independently at home.

APM Founder and Managing Director Megan Wynne said APM's first year of delivering RAS meant 18,000 people were connected with the supports and services they needed to stay living at home for longer.

"Our Home Support Assessors assist with coordinating help in the kitchen, personal care while connecting older Australians with their communities," Ms Wynne said.

"In a time of substantial change in the aged care industry, APM is proud to have achieved such success in our first year of delivering the My Aged Care Regional Assessment Service, with 99.5 percent of clients recommending our services.

APM was awarded Regional Assessment Service market share in 22 regions after tendering successfully in 2014, and began delivering services on 1 July 2015.
