APM has been listed in the top 75 employers for graduates in 2023.

This recognition showcases the exceptional benefits and opportunities offered to those who join our graduate employment program.

APM was the only health organisation to feature in the top 75 list compiled from a survey of 3,000 Australian graduates asked to rate their employers across 25 different categories.

The ratings looked at how well companies ran graduate programs and the support, training and opportunities they provide participants.

Being named in this prestigious list from the Australian Association of Graduate Employers highlights APM’s commitment to providing comprehensive support, ongoing professional development and opportunities for career advancement to graduates.

The APM Allied Health Graduate Program is designed to help graduates achieve their career goals and make a real difference in the lives of those they treat.

Uschi Schreiber, Chair of APM's Health Businesses, praised the result and congratulated team members, students and graduates in the first year of the Program.

"At APM we think about our graduates as the future. That’s why we offer a comprehensive program that is about belonging, learning and developing the professional and the person," Uschi said.

"It’s also where our purpose of enabling better – and healthier – lives turns into reality. We enable better lives for our clients and customers – and better professional opportunities for our graduates across the APM health service network."

Opportunities are currently available for graduates with qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling and Speech Pathology.

The Program was launched in 2022 and provides graduates multiple benefits when starting a rewarding career, including:

  • Permanent full-time opportunities
  • Ability to experience multiple health brands to broaden skills and career options
  • 1-to-1 mentoring
  • Free access to over 30 development courses through MCI Solutions
  • Graduate networking sessions
  • Access to senior leadership team through Graduate projects and initiatives

Joining our team provides a unique chance to work with a highly experienced and supportive team of allied health professionals, gain hands-on experience in various areas of rehabilitation, and receive extensive training and support to develop skills.

The program allows graduates to work across Australia’s leading allied health businesses APM WorkCare, Konekt and Generation Health.

It also provides support for future opportunities with other APM Group businesses including Assure, Early Start Australia, Biosymm, Lifecare, FBG and Communicorp.

We are proud to be listed among the top employers for graduates, and we believe this recognition will attract the best and brightest minds in the industry.
