Springday is an Australian-based digital health and wellbeing provider that assists organisations to measure and improve the wellbeing of their workforce using a world-class digital platform.

It expands APM’s digital offering in the mental health and wellbeing sector with a platform that incorporates several tools across five pillars of wellbeing – physical, emotional, social, career and financial – and applies a holistic approach to wellbeing.

With seamless connection to wearable devices, engaging challenges, and a range of innovative health and wellbeing programs, Springday will support the growth strategy for APM and facilitate future entry into new markets and segments.

Human Psychology is a well-regarded South Australian business providing Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), consulting, and corporate psychology services under the brands of Human Psychology and Future Thinc.

Both teams join APM’s health and wellbeing portfolio which was established in 2020 to expand APM’s reach in the field of mental health and wellness.

We have grown significantly since that time, with Communicorp, FBG and CiC also joining APM through acquisition.

Michele Grow, APM’s CEO – Mental Health and Wellness, welcomed both teams to APM Group.

“I’m delighted to welcome Springday and Human Psychology to the Group. Both teams have strong alignment to APM values and further supports our focus on enabling better lives,” Michele said.

“We’re looking forward to working with both teams to continue expanding what we can offer our clients, and strengthen our position in the EAP and consulting markets we serve.”

APM is pleased to welcome the teams at Springday and Human Psychology to our health and wellbeing portfolio.
