Our teams are working hard to support job seekers in changing circumstances

Job seekers registered with APM can still access support from their employment consultants even if they can’t meet in-person due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Across the country, we're still helping job seekers achieve their goals.

Whether you are registered with us for...

...or other support, our priority is still to help you achieve your goals and find a job that works for you.

If you are unable to meet in-person, please contact your employment consultant to make alternative arrangements.

We will also still be available to support employers who need staff.

Anyone who needs to contact their local APM team or employment consultant can call 1800 276 276.

Alternatively, you can find the contact details for your local team via the find us page.

You can also visit the Services Australia website for the latest updates or temporary changes to Australian Government job seeker services in your region
