Restart Up to $10,000 for hiring a job seeker aged 50 or above. Youth bonus Up to $10,000 for job seekers aged 15 to 24. Youth Up to $6,500 for job seekers aged 25 to 29. Parents Up to $6,500 when you hire a job seeker who is a principal carer parent. Long term If a job seeker has completed 12 months in our jobactive program you could be eligible for a subsidy of up to $6,500. There is no age limit for this subsidy.
Employers may be able to claim up to $10,000 for eligible Indigenous job seekers who meet the criteria of any jobactive wage subsidy. Waiting periods may also be dropped for these payments so employers can claim as soon as the job seeker joins the jobactive program.
Wage Subsidy Scheme For job seekers registered with Disability Employment Services, you can access subsidies of up to $1,650. Restart Up to $10,000 for hiring a job seeker aged 50 or above.
Typically, you receive wage subsidy payments during a six month period.
Additional incentives could apply to apprenticeships and traineeships.
