Nicholas Smith relocated to Dalby in Queensland and was keen to get back to work as a chef.

He decided to give APM Employment Services a try and went along to his initial appointment with Marie at our Dalby site.

After chatting to Marie about what he was looking for, she was able to set up an interview with a local restaurant that same afternoon.

As a qualified chef Nicholas secured the job, but unfortunately after a few days he left the role as he was experiencing issues with some of his colleagues and unsuitable amenities.

Employment Consultant Marie Cochrane worked with Nicholas to ensure this did not set him back.

The day after he left his first job, Marie managed to organise another interview for Nicholas at local cafe, Stellarossa Espresso. The interview was such a success that less than a week later Nicholas started working again.

This is a great result for Nicholas as he is an excellent fit for the team and is really thriving in his new role.
