Enabling better lives

At APM, we are a passionate global community of over 14,750 people spread across 11 countries.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to enable better lives. We wake up every day driven by this purpose, propelling us to grow and deliver exceptional service to everyone we encounter.

Our journey began in 1994 as a small team in Perth, Western Australia, dedicated to providing superior vocational rehabilitation for injured workers. Our goal was to help them regain their health and stay employed.

Fast forward to today, and we have evolved into an international health and employment services provider with a presence in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and Asia.

Global impact, local empowerment

Our areas of expertise span health and wellbeing, employment, communities and assessment services, and disability and aged care support.

We understand governments and private entities are increasingly recognising the need to support the health, wellbeing, and safety of their people through challenging times.

While there’s also a need to deliver high quality support to vulnerable and disadvantaged populations, such as people with disability and older people.

At APM, we are dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives. Our global presence allows us to bring our expertise to individuals, communities, and organisations worldwide.

We invite you to learn more about our services and how together, we can enable better lives for the people in your world.

Health and wellbeing

Whether it’s a workplace injury or a global pandemic, no one can predict the full impact a health issue can have on your employees or your business.

We understand it’s vital to ensure your workforce has access to the services and support they need when challenges arise.

And that your leaders can support their teams, and themselves, with access to the right guidance and tools for your organisation.

Across our experienced and established brands, we deliver comprehensive government, insurance, and corporate health programs focused on prevention, rehabilitation (medical, psycho-social, and vocational), allied health, and psychological interventions.

Plus, we provide organisations with workplace support, assessments, education, and training programs to strengthen their teams and develop their employees.

Together with our early intervention and therapy services, and allied health clinic teams, these brands form APM’s health portfolio.

Employment Services

Our employment services play a crucial role in supporting job seekers to find sustainable employment and helping employers fill vacant positions.

We work closely with government agencies and departments, delivering various employment programs including:

Our services encompass job search assistance, interview preparation, resume writing, specific job skills training, and comprehensive support to ensure job seekers are 'job ready'.

For people who secure employment, we provide ongoing support, including on-the-job training, setting up effective communication with employers and co-workers, and organising workplace modifications.

The benefits of increased labour market participation are far-reaching, benefiting governments, employers, and job seekers alike, with increased social participation, reduced welfare spending, improved GDP, greater labour supply, and enhanced living standards, financial security, social inclusion, and mental health for employees.

Communities and Assessment

APM delivers a comprehensive range of assessment services and community-based programs throughout all stages of life, from early childhood to older age.

Our assessments cover areas such as early childhood development, injuries, illnesses, impairments, disabilities, functional and work capacity, workplace modifications, wage subsidy, and ongoing support requirements.

Moreover, we offer community-based programs tailored to individuals' capabilities and needs as an NDIS Partner in the Community delivering Local Area Coordination to NDIS participants, families and carers.

Disabilities and Aged Care Support

To further expand our offerings, we introduced MyIntegra and Mobility, which provide a range of disability and aged care support services.

MyIntegra specialises in plan management and support coordination for NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants.

Mobility serves as a marketplace connecting service providers with both NDIS and aged care participants, for on-demand home care services.
