A daredevil APM employee is set to reach speeds of more than 100mph on a zip wire next month, during a thrill seeking charity challenge.
Sophia Mahmood from Birmingham, will take on Europe's largest and fastest zip line on Sunday 11th September to raise vital funds for the Penny Appeal's Thirst Relief Project.
"Every day around 4,000 children die from drinking dirty, diseased water. That's one child every 20 seconds," explains Sophia.
The call centre manager, whose day job includes talking to young people about the benefits of participating in the National Citizen Service, is set for own summer of a lifetime.
Standing at 500ft, one-mile long and reaching speeds of more than 100mph, it is not a challenge for the faint-hearted.

However a determined Sophia is keen to point out the hugely significant impact her fundraising could have.
"The money I raise will help to build a solar panel water and power centre. The solar panel generates enough energy to pump water from 200m below the ground, with plenty of electricity left to over to power homes and schools.
"One centre can provide clean water for up to 1,500 people and 1,000 farm animals, and gives the entire community access to electricity."
