APM is proud to be supporting National Reconciliation Week and sponsoring this year’s WA Day celebrations in Perth.

As part of the WA Day 2018 Festival, APM is sponsoring an art installation at Elizabeth Quay on the Noongar Six Seasons.

The installation allows families to explore the history and culture of Western Australia with contemporary and interactive artwork, while walking around the waterfront promenade next to the Swan River.

There will be six significant pieces of art telling the story of the six seasons. APM is giving visitors the chance to win their own artwork by collecting the stamps at each season and handing in a completed card to the APM team.

As part of National Reconciliation Week, a Walk for Reconciliation is taking place around Elizabeth Quay on Friday 1 June.

The walk will feature Peter Farmer telling the story of the six season and performances by Urban Indigenous.

Before the festival starts on Sunday 3 June, Celebrate WA will announce the Western Australian of the Year Awards at a gala dinner on Friday night.

The awards celebrate the West Australians who have made an extraordinary impact in the community and demonstrated excellence in their field.

APM is delighted to be sponsoring the Professions Awards to honour those who have made an major social, scientific or economic impact at a state, national or international level.
