After almost a decade of working in maintenance at the Coles supermarket in Lilydale (Victoria), CC North Coombes has landed her dream job.

During discussions between her manager, her APM consultant and CC, it came to light that the position at the supermarket that she coveted was a check-out operator.

APM then worked with CC and her employer to make this dream become a reality.

Since assuming her new role, CC has had a significant positive impact on customers shopping at the store, as well as management.

“She’s always on time,” said store manager Michael Thompson.

“She’s part of the team. We can rely on her – we know she is going to turn up for her shifts. And she is always smiling.”
