And to support Quaid’s employment, Ben organised a wage subsidy for the employer during his training period.
Plus APM provided Quaid with a fuel voucher for his commute, and some required work boots.
Quaid's dedication and high standards quickly impressed his new employer, and he was soon offered a permanent part-time position, thanks to his strong work ethic and exceptional performance in car detailing.
The team at Ford welcomed Quaid with open arms, appreciating his positive and bubbly attitude.
