APM won the Charities Aid Foundation's Platinum Payroll Giving Award, placing it in the top one per cent of companies that operate payroll giving in the UK.

The annual CAF awards recognise the very best payroll giving schemes nationally.

To place the achievement in context, eligible companies must have at least 20% employee participation in their scheme &ndash yet 63% of APM's UK employees participate in Give as you Earn.

APM was the only human services company awarded and ranks us alongside Virgin, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, BUPA, Specsavers, ASDA, Boots, Michelin, the London Stock Exchange and HM Treasury. Yet none of them scooped the Platinum Award.
