For Mental Health Week, APM is running a Mental Health Boot Camp to help more people take easy steps to improve their wellbeing.
Each year 1 in 5 Australians experience challenges with how they think, feel and develop relationships.
But did you know mental health is about wellness, not illness?
Positive mental health is a state of wellbeing. It’s about taking satisfaction in our everyday lives, living in a positive and meaningful way, and coping with life’s changes and challenges.
Mental Health Week runs from Sunday, 6 October to Saturday, 12 October.
The APM Mental Health Boot Camp will give you a series of simple and productive steps to improve your mental health and better cope with life’s challenges through daily emails.
As one of Australia’s leading providers of Disability Employment Services, we see the impact poor mental health can have on a person, whether they are employed, searching for work or preparing to start a new job.
And we want to help as many people as possible learn the best steps to improve their wellbeing when things become challenging.
